BOMA Southern Connecticut
Southern Connecticut BOMA invites you to join a group of highly motivated and professional individuals who are continuously working together to improve the real estate industry.
Southern Connecticut BOMA celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2008. The Association serves the commercial real estate industry from New Haven County to Fairfield County. Presently, Southern Connecticut BOMA is comprised of 110 members in three categories. Principal members are property owners and property managers. The Professional members are architects, engineers, etc. and our Allied members are vendors that supply products and services to the real estate community.
Southern CT BOMA holds monthly meetings on topics that are of interest to those in the real estate industry. Socials, offering great networking opportunities, are throughout the year. The annual golf outing, always a sell-out, gives members a chance to enjoy the links with their colleagues and guests in a casual setting. The first annual fishing tournament took place in September 2008, adding another great opportunity to network with some of the best people in the commercial real estate industry.
BOMA International is a dynamic international federation of 90 U.S. local associations, 9 Canadian local associations, and 9 affiliated international associations. Together, the 108 organizations form a worldwide, professional community dedicated to providing knowledge and solutions to commercial real estate practitioners. BOMA International's members are building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, medical office building managers, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties.
